Website delivery

The website is delivered through Vercel. Technically necessary connection and log data may be processed to deliver and secure the site and to diagnose faults. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights are not embedded on this website.

Inquiries

When you use the inquiry form, we process the contact, company and project details you enter, together with technical campaign context attached to the page. A Vercel Function handles transmission and Resend provides email delivery. We use the information only to respond, prepare pre-contractual discussions and prevent abuse.

We retain the information only for as long as it is needed for those purposes and applicable legal retention duties. We do not add you to a newsletter or sell address data without separate consent.

PDF reports after form submission

When you request a PDF report, we process your name, company, email address and any question you choose to include. The report opens directly in your browser after submission. We do not send you a download email. Our responsible team receives a notification through Resend to handle the request. This does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.

The signed download link is valid for 24 hours and contains no contact details. To limit automated requests, identifiers derived from the email and IP address using a secret key, together with counters, are stored in Upstash Redis. These technical entries expire within 24 hours. Contact details in email correspondence are retained only as long as needed to handle the request and meet any applicable legal duties.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction and may object to processing. Contact info@sino-cooperation.com. You may also complain to a competent data-protection authority.

Cookie choices

We use CookieConsent 3.1.0 by Orest Bida, under the MIT licence. Its JavaScript and CSS are served by this website, without contacting an external consent-management service.

The necessary first-party ci_consent cookie stores accepted categories, a random consent identifier, the consent revision and choice timestamps. Its path is “/”, with SameSite=Lax and Secure over HTTPS. It expires after 180 days; changing your choice restarts that period. Your choice is stored in your browser; there is no separate server-side consent register.

The categories are necessary functionality, optional statistics and external media (YouTube). Statistics and external media are off by default. You can use the website without it and change or withdraw your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Google Analytics and withdrawal

Google Analytics loads only after consent to statistics. With no choice or following rejection, the Google tag is not loaded and no analytics signals, including cookieless signals, are sent.

The integration blocks Google Analytics until consent (Basic Consent Mode). Withdrawal disables further statistics, clears GA cookies accessible to this website and reloads a page on which analytics has already loaded. It does not automatically erase data previously lawfully transmitted to the recipient.

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and selected interactions such as opening the inquiry page or submitting an inquiry. Pseudonymous cookie identifiers, page and event data, and technical browser and device information may be transmitted to Google. Our own tracking code does not send form contents or email addresses and removes query parameters from page and referrer URLs. Advertising and Google Signals are disabled in the website code. The _ga and _ga_… cookies are configured for at most 60 days without automatic expiry renewal on page views. User and event data retention in the Analytics account is set to two months, with reset on new activity disabled. This setting does not limit all aggregated reports.

YouTube short videos

Founder portraits include YouTube videos. Preview images are served by this website. Neither the player nor its scripts load before consent to “External media · YouTube” and a subsequent click on “Load video”. Statistics consent is not required to watch.

Activation connects your browser to YouTube/Google and shares information including your IP address, browser details and website origin. We use privacy-enhanced mode at youtube-nocookie.com. This does not prevent all data transfer; using the player may involve further processing by YouTube. See Google’s privacy information.

Withdrawing media consent in Cookie settings removes a loaded player. This does not recall data already transmitted. You can also choose to open YouTube directly, where the provider’s settings and privacy information apply.
